My job is.... Editing frankie magazine. I boss around writers and photographers, interview creative people, comb the interwebs for cool products and events and think up lots of ideas (some of which don't suck). I love my work because... I get to work on a magazine that really means something to the people who read it. Also I can claim time spent on Etsy as 'office work'. My style is... Vintage and a bit rock 'n' roll. My job is....journalist for Channel 10 News. I love my work because... every day is different and unpredictable, I'm constantly learning new things. I could start the day dressed in a suit and high-heels interviewing a politician about the carbon tax. By the end of the same day I could find myself in gumboots and jeans in knee-high grass interviewing a farmer. Live TV is a great adrenalin rush. My style is... A big thank you to our gorgeous beginner sewers for making the A-line pleated skirt circle so much fun! Not to mention the wonderful Miss Remi Cibis our instructor for her knowledge and patience (and tiramisu recipe)! We drank we, we ate, we laughed! And somewhere along the way we all learnt a lot about pleats, invisible zippers and how to thread a machine (many, many times)!
